The Role

Your role will include working within our small close-knit team to create concepts, solve problems and mainly support our CRO projects; working with our QA team to ensure, and maintain, a high quality of solution will be key to delivery and deployment.

Our working environment is relaxed and friendly, but our work-ethic is dedicated and fast-paced, you should be able to communicate effectively and clearly and be able to organise your own time and workload.

For this role the salary will start at £25,000 with several company benefits, which are listed below.

The role is full time (37.5 hours a week) and you will be based in our offices in Leeds.

What We are Looking For

An experienced mid-level developer with strong JavaScript skills and excellent communication.

We’re looking for someone who is driven and passionate about building well-engineered, user-friendly solutions, who is up for a challenge and enjoys problem-solving.

It’s key that you would have an understanding of current best practices, have a desire to grow, and a willingness to learn and push your knowledge and skills further.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience.
• Solid foundation of modern web architecture, including responsive web development.
• Knowledge of HTTP standards.
• Experience of Sass/SCSS and functional CSS.
• Strong jQuery knowledge.
• Knowledge of GIT.
• Experience of developing in WordPress.
• Knowledges of API best practices, REST, web security and authentication.

Desirable

• Understanding of functional CSS
• Experience / knowledge of Vue.js / Nuxt.js (primarily) or React.
• Knowledge of SQL.
• Understanding of basics of building scalable solutions.
