Promoting Express Delivery and Stripe Payment Method

We aimed to increase Kuddly’s average order value (AOV) by prominently featuring Express Delivery and promoting Stripe as the preferred payment method. The experiment resulted in a 45% increase in Express Delivery conversions, highlighting users’ preference for quicker service. However, the shift toward Stripe payment was modest, with a 10% increase in usage. While direct purchase metrics saw only a slight positive trend, the enhanced visibility of these options successfully aligned with user preferences.
