48% Uplift in Conversion Rate Through SKU-Level Feed Strategy

We carried out a SKU-level performance analysis by aligning Shopify’s parent SKU data with Google Ads product-level performance. This revealed underperforming products with disproportionate ad spend. We optimised the feed with custom labels for high-margin and best-converting products, and used these to segment Performance Max campaigns and Shopping structures.


Results:
Conversion rates increased by 48% as we shifted budget towards high-performing SKUs and improved the alignment between inventory, search intent, and ad visibility.
